How do I pay for my subscription?

For your convenience, there are many payment options available:

  • Debit Order
  • Internet Payment
  • Credit Card

Your services will be connected automatically as soon as your payment has been successfully processed.

If I pay my subscription in advance, do I get a discount?

Yes, we do offer a discount and you will still receive 1 month absolutely free.

How do I upgrade?

You can upgrade any time by clicking the "Upgrade" button within the my accounts page.

What if I upgrade (or downgrade) in the middle of the month?

Your new service begins immediately and you will only pay for the usage in the month. Pay the new monthly rate on the next scheduled bill and just continue payments on the same day each month as before

What if I want to cancel my service?

No problem. If you decide Auto Fuzion isn't for you, simply cancel before your next billing period online with one months calendar notice (not applicable to annual subscriptions).

Logging into Your Account
To log into your account:
  1. Go to www.autofuzion.co.za
  2. From the upper right corner, click Sign In.
  3. From the Sign In screen, fill out your registered email address in the space provided.
  4. Type your password in the Password field.
  5. Click GO
How can I contact Customer Service?
  1. Go to the Contact us page.
  2. Select the subject you need help with and tell us about the problem you're experiencing.
  3. You can also email us on customerservice@autofuzion.co.za
  4. If you chose email, enter your details, describe your problem, and then click Send. We'll get back to you as soon as we can
  5. We don't currently provide telephone support
What is Autofuzion?

Autofuzion is software products designed to assist car dealerships maximise efficiencies and profits through the leverage of market data and systems.

What does Autofuzion do?

Autofuzion's software allows you to manage your vehicle inventory from a central place. It provides live retail market data in order for dealers to price vehicles more competitively so that they sell faster and provides data to dealers that allows them to stock there dealerships with the right vehicles.

How much will it cost me to use Autofuzion?

Autofuzion's stock and lead management systems are free to use provided you have an active Autotrader dealer subscription service. Should you wish to make use of Autofuzion's pricing, appraisal and stocking systems, pricing can be found on the upgrade screen in your account settings.

Does Autofuzion need an internet connection to work?

The iOS and android mobile applications can be used without an Internet connection and will synchronise once you have Internet access.

Can I receive phone calls or messages when I'm using the Autofuzion's mobile applications?

As with most Apps, you can receive phone calls and messages whilst using the Autofuzion App.

Will there be updates to Autofuzion?

Yes, we will continue to enhance and update the desktop and mobile products.

Where do I report technical problems? How do I give feedback?

Feedback is important so please let us know what you think of the application or would like to see in future releases. You can submit feedback via email: customerservice@autofuzion.co.za. We will do our best to assist with any issues and respond to your feedback. Note that we will not be able to assist with issues that are not specifically about the Autofuzion App. Please consult your service provider in those cases.

The Mobile App keeps crashing?

If your App is crashing this is likely to be a problem with your phone's memory. Try restarting your phone and this should fix the issue. We also look to fix any bugs that may occur in the App with future updates so do provide feedback to: customerservice@autofuzion.co.za.

Why is the Autofuzion App asking for a log in?

Autofuzion requires an active autotrader dealer subscription service, please contact customerservice@autofuzion.co.za should you wish to sign up and we will ensure an Autotrader rep contacts you.

Can I use photos from my phone photos folder?

Yes, when adding images click on "add existing" and the application will access the phones photos folder where you can add photos to add to the vehicle listing.

Can I use the Desktop version and the mobile Apps?

Yes, Autofuzion is designed to be used across your devices.

Can i migrate my existing stock from Auto traders dealer edit system to Autofuzion?

This is possible and an Autotrader customer support engineer will be able to assist you with this, please contact customerservice@autotrader.co.za should you wish to get more information or book a migration.

Can I use more than one iPhone/Android Device with Autofuzion?

Yes, each user has a unique login that can be used across multiple devices.
